1. General Provisions

This agreement governs the relationship between the user and L2Teon.com (the "Operator", "we", "the project"). By registering an account, downloading the client, or otherwise using the L2Teon service, you ("the User") agree to these terms.

Game site: https://L2Teon.com. The Operator administers and maintains the server and provides users with access to the game and related services, including optional paid services, on the terms described here.

The game account, characters, and items are the property of the project and do not constitute personal property in a legal sense — they are granted for use under this agreement.

2. Subject of the Rules

This document sets out the only terms under which a user may use L2Teon's services to participate in the game. The Operator aims to keep the game available around the clock, except during maintenance or other circumstances outside its control.

3. Additional Terms

• The Operator does not restore game valuables lost due to a user losing access to their own account, except at its discretion in cases of a proven server error, failure, or hack.
• The Operator is not responsible for lost game values caused by playing through an outdated or unofficial client — always update through the official L2Teon launcher.
• The Operator does not exchange in-game valuables for real money, and does not support or endorse any such exchange between players.

4. User Rights and Obligations

By registering, you choose a username and password that identify you among other users, and you agree to provide accurate registration details. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account.

• You may not resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit access to L2Teon's services.
• You may not distribute information intended to help others illegally obtain access to another player's account or characters.
• Treat other players and the administration with respect: no profanity, threats, or harassment in public chat and forums; no content that promotes hatred based on religion, culture, race, nationality, language, or political views; no advertising of pornography, drugs, self-harm, or illegal activity.
• Do not spread false or defamatory claims about the project, its staff, or other players. Character, clan, and item names may not impersonate the administration or imply an official role you don't have.
• Do not spam identical messages in chat; trade-chat listings are the one exception, within reasonable limits.
• Do not block other players' access to the game world, NPCs, or locations, and do not exploit textures or terrain to reach unintended areas.
• Do not upload or transmit viruses or other harmful software, and do not engage in any activity that violates applicable law.
• Do not post advertising content on L2Teon's website, forum, or in-game chat without permission.
• You may not use game values or advantages obtained by someone else's violation of these rules.
• Do not disclose confidential information about another user, and do not knowingly spread false information about one.
• Real-money trading (RMT) — buying, selling, exchanging, or transferring accounts, characters, or items for money or goods outside the official L2Teon shop — is forbidden, including discussing or arranging such deals, on any platform (Discord, Telegram, VK, etc.). Exchanging values between L2Teon and other servers or games is also forbidden.
• Do not encourage or promote RMT transactions related to L2Teon, including on third-party platforms (YouTube, Twitch, social media, etc.).
• Character, pet, clan, and alliance names may not contain obscene language, insults, or names/symbols that violate these rules.
• Account sharing is done at your own risk: if you share your account and its owner (you) violates the rules, the account will be actioned regardless of who was playing at the time. Selling or gifting accounts and characters to third parties is forbidden.
• Software or hardware that automates or emulates player input (auto-clickers, macro devices, third-party input tools, etc.) in place of manual play is forbidden. You must remain able to respond to checks from the game masters at any time.
• Software that interferes with the server's normal operation or the client-server data exchange is forbidden, as is any attempt to hack, intercept, or bypass the protections and restrictions put in place by the administration.
• Exploiting bugs, server errors, or geodata issues — including reaching hard-to-access spots to farm monsters or bosses, or using lookalike item/character/clan names to deceive other players — is forbidden. Report any bug you find to the administration promptly; timely, honest reports may be rewarded.
• Do not conceal knowledge of an exploited bug or of other players breaking the rules.
• Do not call for other players to quit the server or organize mass departures.
• Selling clans, alliances, or castles — including for in-game currency — is forbidden, as is running lotteries, casinos, or similar schemes designed to profit from other players.
• Gaining access to someone else's account, scamming items or currency, or abusing another player's trust for personal gain is forbidden. Recovery of stolen property, if any, is decided case by case and is not guaranteed.
• Deceiving players or breaking agreements in a way that causes real harm is forbidden — with the usual exceptions for pre-arranged Olympiad matches and player-to-player leveling agreements, where the administration does not intervene.
• Set a strong, unique password for your account. The administration may decline to restore stolen valuables on an account that had weak or reused credentials.
• Abusing PvP-point systems — including farming points on your own alt characters or arranging kills with other players purely to inflate rating — is forbidden, except where it's a normal side-effect of quests or daily tasks.
• Cheating any automated reward system (online-time timers, voting rewards, event rewards, etc.), including claiming the same reward across more than two devices/HWIDs at once, is forbidden.
• These rights and obligations apply equally to the game client, the L2Teon website and forum, and any official L2Teon social media pages.

5. Operator's Rights and Obligations

The Operator may, at its discretion and without prior notice: expand, change, suspend, or limit any service, including paid services; manage all processes on the project as it sees fit; apply sanctions for violations of this agreement; remove or edit user-submitted content; and take legal action to protect its intellectual property. Inaction on a past violation does not waive the right to act on it later. The Operator may decline to award a prize from any promotion or event without giving a reason.

In return, the Operator undertakes to provide users the opportunity to use its services under this agreement, and to make a reasonable effort to respond to user questions and disputes.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Operator is not liable for damage to a user's device or data arising from use of L2Teon; for losses caused by unavailability of the service, the actions of other players, or unauthorized access to a user's data; for the accuracy of information a user provides at registration; for virtual items lost through the normal course of gameplay or paid services; or for the user's own cost of accessing or paying for services (bank fees, etc.). The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation of the service, and is not obliged to provide evidence to justify a sanction applied under this agreement. You use L2Teon at your own risk and of your own free will.

7. Privacy and Security

Information collected during registration and while using the service is confidential and is not sold or handed to third parties, except: in response to a lawful request from law enforcement; with your explicit consent; where necessary because a service can no longer be provided (with advance notice); or in connection with an investigated violation of this agreement. See our Privacy Policy for full details. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee security in the event of unauthorized third-party access to the service.

8. Donations and Paid Services

Optional paid services (donations) let you access additional features of the shop and are never required to play or progress through the core game. Once funds are debited for a donation, the service is considered fully and properly delivered. Purchases are final and non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. The current list of paid services and their prices is published only on L2Teon.com — any offer to buy them elsewhere is fraudulent and not the Operator's responsibility. If a purchase was not delivered due to a technical fault, contact support promptly so it can be corrected; the Operator does not owe compensation beyond delivering the paid service itself. Users under 18 must have the consent of a legal guardian before making a purchase, and are responsible, together with their guardian, for that purchase.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is", without warranties regarding uninterrupted availability or the permanence of virtual items or progress. Extended use of PC games can affect your health and wellbeing — please take breaks and play responsibly. The Operator is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, including lost enjoyment or time, arising from use of the service or the actions of third parties.

10. Additional Provisions

If local law in your country restricts or prohibits use of a service like L2Teon, you are responsible for complying with it and must stop using the service if so. If any single clause of this agreement is found invalid, the rest remains in force. Disputes are first addressed directly with the administration through official contact channels; where that doesn't resolve things, applicable law governs. This agreement may be updated at any time; continued use of L2Teon after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, so please check this page periodically.

11. Joining This Agreement

Registering an account, or otherwise using the L2Teon client or website, constitutes your acceptance of this agreement in full, including the game rules referenced within it.

This Policy describes how data is processed for users of L2Teon.com (the "Service") and the game server accessible through it. It's an integral part of our User Agreement. By registering, installing the client, or otherwise using the Service, you accept the terms of this Policy. We may update this Policy from time to time; continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised version, so please check back occasionally.

1. Why We Process Your Data

Data is collected in connection with the User Agreement you enter into with us, for purposes including (without limitation):

• Creating and managing your account on L2Teon.com and the game server;
• Letting you take part in in-game events, promotions, and contests;
• Handling messages and requests you send to the administration;
• Providing access to optional paid services and features;
• Fixing bugs and improving the game and service;
• Sending you important notices about the Service (maintenance, updates, support replies).

2. Data We Collect

This may include, without limitation: your chosen nickname/character name, account login, email address, and payment information related to any purchases you make.

3. Other Technical Data

To keep the service secure and working properly, we also process: a unique device identifier (HWID) and information about the software you use to connect; your operating system and device type; your timezone; your approximate IP-based location; and logs of your actions in the game and on the Service (achievements, playtime, login history, and similar records).

4. How Long We Keep It

We retain your data for as long as we provide the related game services, unless a shorter or longer period is required by applicable law.

5. Sharing Your Data

We may combine your data with other information we collect to operate, manage, and improve the game. We do not sell or hand your personal data to third parties. Data may only be disclosed:

• In response to a lawful request from law enforcement (e.g. investigating fraud or another crime);
• With your explicit consent;
• Where a service can no longer be provided and you're notified in advance;
• When investigating a suspected violation of our User Agreement.

6. Your Responsibilities

You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you give us. If anything is wrong or out of date, contact us at support@l2teon.com to have it corrected. When you ask us to delete or change your data, we may keep what's legally required or necessary for the security and integrity of the Service.

7. Cookies

L2Teon.com uses cookies — small files your browser stores — to keep you logged in and remember your preferences between visits, so you don't have to re-enter information each session. If you disable cookies in your browser, some parts of the site may not work correctly. Using the site with cookies enabled means you consent to this use as described here.

8. Contact

For any privacy question, or to request a refund, contact support@l2teon.com. Refund requests are only paid back to the original payment method used, and must include enough information (order details, payment date, etc.) for us to identify the transaction.

1. General Provisions

L2Teon.com (the "Operator") provides users with access to the game and, at the user's request, optional paid services ("donations") that unlock additional shop features. This policy explains when and how refunds are handled.

2. Nature of Paid Services

• Paid services are optional and are never required to use the core game or the Service.
• Once your account is debited for a purchase, the paid service is considered delivered in full and of proper quality.
• After a paid service has been delivered, the amount spent on it is non-refundable, except as described below.
• You agree that we may retain the personal information collected when you make a purchase, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• The current prices and list of paid services are published only on L2Teon.com. Any offer to buy them elsewhere is fraudulent, and the Operator is not responsible for it.
• We don't explain or take responsibility for the operation of the third-party payment system you choose to pay with.

3. When a Refund Applies

If a technical fault on our side, or an unintentional double-charge, means a paid service was billed without being delivered (in full or in part), let us know and we'll either deliver what you paid for or refund the affected amount — whichever makes more sense for the situation.

Outside of that, purchases are final: we do not refund for a change of mind, for a service you simply didn't end up using, or for account actions (bans, restrictions) resulting from a violation of our User Agreement.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email support@l2teon.com with your account login, the approximate date and amount of the payment, and a short description of the issue. Refunds, where approved, are always returned to the original payment method used — we cannot send a refund to a different card, wallet, or account.

5. Costs and Fees

Any fees charged by your bank or payment provider for making or receiving a payment are your own responsibility and are not covered by a refund.

6. Users Under 18

If you're under 18, you must have your legal guardian's consent before making any purchase; making a purchase is treated as confirmation that this consent was obtained. Responsibility for the purchase rests with you and your guardian together.
